Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

• Orders cannot be changed once processing has begun
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout

MYRODIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

• Custom orders
• Sale items

If there is an issue with your order, including receiving an incorrect item, damaged item, or shipping concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can review and assist.
