PRE-ORDER POLICY

Some MYRODIA textures and lengths sell out quickly. When an item is offered as a pre-order, you can reserve yours from our next restock before it arrives — so your crown is secured the moment new stock lands.

How Pre-Orders Work

• Payment is charged in full at checkout to reserve your item
• The estimated restock window is shown on the product page when you order
• When your item arrives, it receives the same preparation and quality check as every MYRODIA order before it ships
• You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your pre-order ships

Shipping Timelines

Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may shift slightly as restocks arrive. Once your pre-order ships, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. In-stock items are processed in 1–3 business days before shipment.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel a pre-order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@myrodiabeauty.com or call/text 954-225-5098, and our team will review your request. If we are ever unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
